It’s been almost 30 years since I started my recovery journey. I’ve had many highs but also some low points in the journey, but I keep doing the work. I want others to know that there is help out there. They can heal their body and live a happy, healthy life! I am an example of this. My husband and I have 3 boys. I am a Financial Analyst for an insurance company and I also teach classes at Power Life in Des Moines. I want to educate and be an advocate for others!
